(BGO)- The people’s committee of Hiep Hoa
district, Bac Giang province on September 27 organised a ceremony to inaugurate
the project of Xuan Bieu communal house in Xuan Cam commune and receive the
certificate recognizing the Safety Zone II (ATK II) as special national
relic.

‘Mo Muong’ is a popular folk rite practised in funerals or rituals to pray for the good health of the Muong ethnic community. This is a unique intangible cultural and spiritual heritage which has been practised and safeguarded by many generations of Muong people.
The traditional ‘Khai ha’ festival and ‘Doi’ calendar of the Muong ethnic people in Hoa Binh province, have been named a national intangible cultural heritage, according to a recent decision of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
