40 prizes awarded to outstanding performaces at Bac Giang Van and Chau Van Singing Festival 2021

(BGO) – The fourth Bac Giang Van and Chau Van Singing Festival in 2021 successfully closed on October 21 at the provincial Labour Culture Hall.

The festival was launched by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on October 20 drawing the participation of ten art troops from ten districts and city in the province with more than 200 artisans, female and male singers and musicians.

Thanks to the thorough preparation, the artisans, female and male singers and musicians introduced unique and attractive performances at high quality to the audiences.

Concluding the festival, the Organization Board awarded four A overall prizes to the art troops in Bac Giang city, Hiep Hoa, Yen Dung and Tan Yen district; four B prizes; two C prizes as well as 30 individual prizes to excellent performances (13 A prizes and 17 B prizes).

The biennial event helps preserve and promote the value of cultural heritage with deep identity of Mother Goddesses Worshipping Religion; honor the value of Van and Chau Van singing not only in term of art and culture but also the great national unity.
