According to the announced results, Quang Ninh province again secured its top place in the PAR Index ranking in 2023 with results reaching 92.18%. The province led the ranking for six times since 2012, followed by Hai Phong City with 91.87% and Hanoi City with 91.43%. Bac Giang province scored 91.16% and secured 4th position out of 63 provinces and cities.

Among component indexes, Bac Giang ranked first nationwide in e-government and digital governement construction and development index. Also, the province secured position in top 10 localities with high score in term of institutional reform, administrative procedure reform and public finance reform.

Regarding the Satisfaction Index, Bac Giang ranked 38th in the country with 81.62 points, up 6 places compared to 2022. The satisfaction index is evaluated through 5 basic factors: Access to services, administrative procedures, officials and civil servants, service results and receiving and resolving comments, feedback and recommendations.

In general, the good results of the PAR Index and Satisfaction Index of Bac Giang province this year proved positive efficiency of joint efforts and determination to promote PAR from governments at all levels, sectors and localities in the province, which are increasingly recognized and appreciated by the people and business community in the province.
