The first phase of Van Hoa Ho Va community tourist destination covers about 50 hectares of land in Dong Phu commune. Currently, the cooperative is constructing several items like cultivation and livestock farms; lakeside area; coffee restaurants, community houses, internal roads and parking lots among others.

This tourist destination is located in the Va lake area (more than 21.3 hectares), surrounded by hills and low mountains, creating a charming landscape. On October 27, 2023, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a Decision recognizing this as a tourist destination.
