The beneficiaries are are small and medium-sized enterprises, working alliance, cooperatives and production households with business registration that directly produce goods and services belonging to 6 product groups according to the provisions of Decision No. 919/QD- TTg dated August 1, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the OCOP programme in 2021 – 2025 period.

As long as the organizations and individuals have OCOP products rated at least three star by authority, they are eligible for one time support after the product is granted with a decision to recognize OCOP products.

The provincial budget supports goods and services that are rated as 4 star OCOP products or higher; goods and services that are recognized as 3-star OCOP products in Son Dong, Luc Ngan, Luc Nam and Yen The districts for the first time.

The district budget supports goods and services recognized as 3-star OCOP products of Tan Yen, Viet Yen, Yen Dung, Hiep Hoa, Lang Giang districts and Bac Giang city as well as the goods and services that retain the 3-star rating in all districts and cities.
