At a height of 2,500 meters above sea level, Ngoc Linh Mountain along the Truong Son range looks blurry under a thick layer of clouds in late summer and autumn. Straddling the provinces of Quang Ngai, Quang Nam and Kon Tum, Ngoc Linh Mountain is considered the country's largest producer of Vietnamese ginseng (Panax vietnamensis), found for the first time in 1973.
