Website launched to promote Vietnamese cuisine

Within the framework of the 2023 Hanoi Creative Design Festival, the website www.tasteofvietnam.vn has been officially launched to promote Vietnamese cuisine.

Tasteofvietnam aims to inspire and provide useful and interesting information about culinary specialties of all regions throughout Vietnam, as well as introduce the cuisine of many countries around the world, menus of famous chefs, restaurants and hotels.

Tasteofvietnam also attracts viewers through stories, entertaining information, and practical applications about dishes, drinks, and culinary tastes of gourmets and KOLs in different regions around Vietnam and the world.

Pham Thanh Ha, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Association for Communication and Public Relations, said the launch of the website is expected to boost cooperation between the association and the cultural and tourism departments, tourism promotion centres and chef associations of provinces and cities across the country, as well as embassies of foreign countries, to promote traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes, while introducing world cuisine to Vietnamese food lovers.
