Accordingly, the planning area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Thai Dao commune in Lang Giang district and Tan An town in Yen Dung district.

It borders Ghep village of Thai Dao commune to the North, Tan An dike road and Tan Lap village to the South; Lam Ha dike road in Tan An town to the East; Then hamlet in Thai Dao commune to the West.

The research and planning area covers about 170 hectares. It is a specialized industrial park attracting industries with modern, advanced and environmentally friendly technology in the fields of manufacturing electrical, electronic, refrigeration equipment, high-tech products to serve the electronics and information technology industries; mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing, mold manufacturing; manufacturing pharmaceuticals among others.

The items for investment priority include technical infrastructure works such as internal roads, parking lots, water supply, drainage, power supply, lighting, communications, garbage stations, wastewater treatment station as well as offices, commercial services and manufacturing factories.
