To date, Bac Giang has established 9 industrial parks including: Dinh Tram, Quang Chau (Quang Chau and expanded Quang Chau), Van Trung (Van Trung and expanded Van Trung), Song Khe - Noi Hoang, Vietnam Korean, Tan Hung, Yen Lu, Hoa Phu and Phuc Son.

To promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, the PPC Chairman established a Working Group and its Assisting Team to urge the implementation of tasks relating to the industrial parks established in the period 2022-2025. The members have actively followed the tasks.

Currently, the industrial parks of expanded Quang Chau, Hoa Phu, Vietnam Korea (existing phase) and Tan Hung have basically completed site clearance and invested in technical infrastructure as planned. The Vietnam Korea, expanded Quang Chau and Tan Hung industrial parks are almost filled. A number of secondary investors have invested in construction and put them into operation.

Concluding the event, the PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan emphasized that the industry increasingly accounts for a high proportion of the province's economy. He requested relevant sectors to focus on overcoming limitations and completing assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Viet Yen township must soon complete site clearance and lease land to investors for industrial parks in the area. The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board should urge the People's Committee of Viet Yen township and the investors to focus on implementing the work on schedule.

Meanwhile, the Department of Finance, Department of Natural Resources and Environment were directed to cooperate and guide the People’s Committee of Viet Yen Township to remove the difficulties and obstacles in site clearance.

Regarding Yen Lu Industrial Park, Yen Dung District People's Committee was requested to complete land clearance for the remaining 64 hectares in the second quarter of 2024, urgently allocate land, lease land for cleared areas and handle the remaining ones in June 2024.

In addition, he ordered the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to focus on preparing, verifying and approving for industrial park construction planning for the industrial parks receiving priority of implementation in the 2022-2025 period, including: Song Mai - Nghia Trung; My Thai - Xuan Huong - Tan Dinh; Minh Duc - Thuong Lan - Ngoc Thien.

Construction of Phuc Son and expanded Vietnam – Korea industrial parks accelerated
