Representative from the Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department wished to listen to opinions on import and export as well as investment activities of enterprises, hence promptly discussing and resolving issues in a frank and open spirit, aiming to facilitate enterprises in import and export of goods and investment.

General Director of Luxshare Kan Chen outlined the production activities of the enterprise. The company was established in September 2019 under Luxshare - ICT Group with a total investment capital of 190 million USD. The total land area used is more than 360,000 square meters.

Luxshare is a company with modern technology in the province. In 2024, the total import and export turnover hit more than 6.4 billion USD, of which exports reached more than 2.8 billion USD.

Forecasting more difficulties in the international situation in 2025, the Company still plans to strive for export turnover to grow more than last year. The total export and import turnover of the enterprise in the first 2 months of this year is 22% higher than the same period last year.

Currently, Luxshare is creating jobs for nearly 29,000 workers. In 2024, it was recognized by the General Department of Customs as a priority enterprise in the export and import of goods.

In 2025, Luxshare will expand its production scale in the field of semiconductor chip packaging. The company always complies with legal regulations, including customs regulations.

The view of the meeting.

Due to the expansion of the production sector, the import and export of goods of the enterprise is expected to increase this year. Therefore, the company leader hoped that the customs authority will continue to facilitate the enterprise in carrying out administrative procedures, ensuring timely and correct customs clearance of goods.

In response to the request of enterprises, Nguyen Chi Thanh said that the unit will assign the Customs Branch managing the industrial parks of Bac Giang province to arrange staff on duty all days including holidays, to guide enterprises in completing declarations and clearing goods while considering to shorten administrative procedures in this field, further promote the application of technology in customs activities.
