Modern logistics center to open in Bac Giang
BAC GIANG — Bac Giang is set to launch its first large-scale logistics hub on April 22, 2025 in PP2 area of Bac Giang city. The Bac Giang International Logistics Center, jointly developed by CNCTech Group, Dolphin Sea Air Services Corporation and Thien An Investment JSC, marks a significant milestone for the province.
The center is designed to meet growing demand for logistics infrastructure from businesses in Bac Giang and neighboring provinces, positioning the area as a new node in northern Vietnam’s logistics network.

The Bac Giang International Logistics Center is a strategic product as a key component of the logistics spearhead in CNCTech Group’s industrial and logistics infrastructure ecosystem.
It has been approved by the Prime Minister as a national level-II logistics center, covering a planned area of 67 hectares with total investment of nearly 4,200 billion VND (182.4 million USD).

The facility will offer bonded warehouses, duty-free warehouses, automated storage and e-commerce distribution centers, alongside comprehensive logistics solutions and cross-border trade hubs, including a one-stop e-commerce hub and an export-import hub for agricultural products.
The center’s launch highlights the combined efforts of local authorities and investors to expand Bac Giang’s industrial and logistics capacity.
Ho Chi Minh City has many favourable conditions to establish goods transit centres and link logistics activities as an international trade gateway closely connected to the Southeast, Central Highlands, and Mekong Delta region.
The logistics sector, which has become an important service industry and played a role in supporting, connecting and promoting Vietnam’s socio-economic growth, is undergoing a rapid transformation as sustainability takes centre stage. With an estimated market size of 40-42 billion USD a year and over 40,000 firms operating in the sector, the stakes are high, and the need for change is urgent.
BAC GIANG - Logistics is a service industry that plays a crucial role in supporting and connecting the processes of production, import-export, distribution, and consumption, generating added value and increasingly contributing to socio-economic development.
