Luc Ngan district inks deal to supply lychee to European market
Accordingly, the Company will purchase main season lychee products on an area of 15 hectares of Thanh Hai Agricultural Cooperative with an expected output of 100 to 150 tonnes.

The supplied products must meet export requirements and standards to the EU market. The selling price will be discussed between the two parties at each period.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Luc Ngan District People's Committee Nguyen Van Manh highly appreciated the cooperation in lychee production and consumption between the Cooperative and the Company. This is a good start in early 2024, opening up many opportunities for Luc Ngan lychees to enter the demanding markets.
He hoped that the units will closely and regularly coordinate and exchange information on related contents to effectively implement the cooperation agreement so as to smoothly consume the local special fruit on the EU market.

The competent agencies of Luc Ngan district and Thanh Hai commune were ordered to direct and guide members of the Cooperative to organize lychee production, ensure quality, efficiency and meet the requirements and standards of EU market.
The District People's Committee committed to support and create maximum conditions for businesses and traders to purchase and consume lychees.
Currently the Cooperative is producing 15 hectares of lychee in line with GlobalGAP standards (equivalent to about 150 tonnes per year) to export to markets such as Japan, EU, United States and Australia among others.
