In second period of 2022, the Provincial Initiative Council (PIC) received 11 applications asking for consideration and approval of the initiatives from authors who are heads of agencies and units under the provincial People's Committee and enterprises.

Also, PIC received 80 dossiers requesting to evaluate the provincial applicable efficiency and influence scope of the initiatives, four of which came from departments and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee; 8 from the Office of the Provincial People's Committee; 24 from agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; 10 from socio-political organizations, special organizations; 29 from the People's Committees of districts and city and 5 from other agencies and units.

After evaluation, the PIC selected 62 initiatives for recognition which were new and suitable to actual situation in the province.

Many have applied information technology and digital transformation; some have been applied and proved efficiency for wide spreading, typically, the initiative of using prophylactic antibiotics in cesarean section by Dr. Le Cong Tuoc, Director of Bac Giang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital; solution to manage rough construction and design housing model in urban and residential projects (without using public investment capital) of the authors in the Department of Construction…

To widely apply such initiatives, the Department of Science and Technology will accelerate communication, instruct the implementation for spreading at the organizations, agencies and localities.
