Bac Giang’s OCOP products promoted in Kien Giang province
BAC GIANG - The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has just coordinated to open 2024 Mekong Delta OCOP (One Commune One Product) product connection forum in Kien Giang province. Bac Giang province displays a booth to introduce a number of local OCOP products.
The forum themed "Linkage for mutual development - Kien Giang 2024" attracts the participation from 35 provinces and cities with 320 booths.

Bac Giang province sets up a booth to introduce OCOP products such as: Mat Luc Danh mountain ginseng; yellow flower tea bags; ginseng flower tea; Ven village green tea; Cordyceps and lotus root starch among others. These are all products with clear origin, ensuring food hygiene and safety which are favored by consumers.
The products have drawn attention from many visitors and partners who want to connect with the subject to consume the products.
Promoting and introducing OCOP products at the forum help bring the products to more customers; expand the consumption market, increase income for rural people. This is also one of the practical contents to implement the income criteria in building new rural areas.
Within the framework of the forum, there are main activities such as: Trade connection conference of OCOP products; contest of typical OCOP products; exhibition of Vietnamese OCOP products among others. The forum takes place from September 29 to October 3.

BAC GIANG - Son Dong district is accompanying producers for at least 20 One Commune One Product (OCOP) products rated 3 stars or higher bearing the characteristics of a highland region by the end of this year.
BAC GIANG – Various products under One Commune One Product programme (OCOP) are under display at an ongoing event held in the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Son Tay town (Hanoi City) from July 4 to 8. The event also introduce the culture of the Red River Delta provinces. Bac Giang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development displays a booth to introduce the typical OCOP products.
BAC GIANG - The online technology and equipment trading platform in Bac Giang province (www.batex.vn) is operating effectively. This is a tool for members to introduce, buy and sell technology, equipment and other products.
BAC GIANG - Luc Ngan lychee of the Hong Xuan Agricultural Production and General Services Cooperative in Luc Ngan district has been recognised as a 5-star One Commune One Product (OCOP) item at national level, becoming the first and only product in the province obtaining this status.
