Bac Giang province aims to achieve gross regional domestic product target of 13.6% or more in 2025; of which industry and construction increase by 16% (industry increases by 16.6%, construction increases by 8.5%); agriculture, forestry and fishery increase by 3.8%; services increases by 7.5%; product taxes increase by 10% while GRDP per capita in 2025 will reach 4,900 USD, thereby, creating the premise and motivation to strive for economic growth in the period of 2026 - 2030 to reach 15% per year or more.

To achieve the set goals, Bac Giang province focuses on implementing 7 key and breakthrough tasks and solutions. In particular, the province focuses on drastically, synchronously and effectively implementing the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee, Politburo, National Assembly and Government, promoting the effectiveness of new and breakthrough mechanisms, policies and regulations that have been issued, removing and immediately releasing resources of the economy.

Local authority continues to prioritize time and resources to focus on perfecting institutions, mechanisms, policies and legal regulations.

The province accelerates disbursement of public investment capital, takes public investment as the lead, activates and attracts all social resources, promotes private investment, attracts foreign direct investment.

Besides, the province effectively exploits the domestic market, develops e-commerce and attracts tourists, promotes sustainable exports and new growth drivers together with breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation and high-quality human resources.

The PPC Chairman requested Directors of departments, branches, sectors, Chair persons of People's Committees of districts, townships and city and Heads of relevant units to focus on directing and effectively implementing the tasks, promote the strength of solidarity, the spirit of innovation, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant and the desire to rise up, join hands and unite, turn all difficulties and challenges into opportunities for breakthroughs together with high determination, great efforts and drastic actions to successfully complete the set goals.

The provincial leaders urged them to focus on leadership, direction in a proactive, flexible, creative, feasible, effective manner; closely coordinate, synchronize and smoothly organize implementation; mobilize and effectively use all resources for the province's economic growth.
