January export turnover reaches over 3 billion USD
BAC GIANG - According to the Customs Office managing the Industrial Park in Bac Giang province (Customs Office), the whole province had 354 enterprises exporting goods and making customs declarations in January this year with export turnover value of over 3 billion USD, an increase of nearly 73% over the same period last year.
During the first two working days after Tet holiday, more than 120 enterprises completed customs procedures to export goods, with a total export turnover of nearly 100 million USD at the Customs Office.

Some enterprises with high export turnover values in January this year were Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) reaching nearly 550 million USD; Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) reaching 533 million USD; Hana Micron Vina Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park) reaching nearly 370 million USD; Luxshare - ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park) reaching more than 320 million USD...
To facilitate exporters, the Customs Office arranges staff to work through holidays to process documents and effectively operates the automatic customs clearance system together with online public services to support businesses in carrying out customs procedures as quickly as possible. All procedures of businesses were processed and results were returned within the day.
In 2024, eight Vietnamese commodities achieved export values exceeding 10 billion USD, contributing to over 69% of the country's total export turnover.
Vietnam remained the third-largest rice exporter to Singapore with a revenue of 128.9 million SGD, up 28.45% compared to 2023 and accounting for 28.25% of the Singaporean rice market.
Vietnam’s goods import-export value reached a record 786 billion USD in 2024 and is forecast to continue rising in the coming period. To achieve this, opening new export markets is an essential requirement.
In 2024, Vietnam's rice exports set new records in both volume and value, solidifying the country's position as one of the world's top three rice exporters. Export volume reached an unprecedented 9 million tonnes, generating nearly 5.8 billion USD in revenue.
BAC GIANG - From the 6th position in the country in terms of export turnover value last year, by 2024, Bac Giang has risen to the 5th position in the country. Determined to maintain the growth momentum, at the beginning of this year, many export enterprises in the province have accelerated production and business, actively sought markets and signed many new orders.
