All of the communes, wards and towns recognised friendly governments boast many creative models and good methods in building and running friendly authorities.

It must mention the models “Guiding and supporting citizens in dealing with complicated administrative procedures (in land sector)” at the one-stop-shop division of Quang Chau ward, Viet Yen township and “Monday without writing” of Doi Ngo town, Luc Nam district.
