Bac Giang gained total 89.37 points when all of the index groups gained higher results than the national average. Some indices with high scores include the rate of online submission, online payment, record digitization rate and transparency.

The official at the one-stop-shop division instructs citizens to proceed administrative procedure.

Besides, the province achieved high scores in some sub-indices such as the rate of documents processed ahead and on schedule, exploitation and re-use of digitalized data and the rate of dossiers synchronized on the national public service portal.

Some localities in the province also gained good results in implementing the indicators on electronic environment including Hiep Hoa and Lang Giang districts, Viet Yen township and Bac Giang city.

The index is automatically evaluated online by the National Public Service Portal daily, monthly and quarterly.

Since early this year, Bac Giang province has always been in top 10 provinces and cities in terms of the governance and administration index and quality assessment of serving people and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures and public services on electronic environment.
