Bac Giang authority inspects performance of public duties at Provincial Public Administration Service Center

BAC GIANG - On the morning of February 3, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Mai Son inspected the implementation of public duties after the Lunar New Year holiday at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center (Center). 

The Center is the place to handle administrative procedures of 17 provincial departments, branches and sectors, 3 centrally run agencies and one enterprise.

In 2024, the Center received more than 340,000 records, more than 317,000 of which were processed ahead the due date, accounting for 95.3%. Total number of records that were received and returned via public postal services hit over 144,000, reaching 42%.

On the first working day after the Lunar New Year holiday 2025, all of the Center's staff, civil servants and public employees were present on time.

In the morning, the Center received and processed administrative procedures for more than 200 citizens, mainly in the fields of issuing and renewing driver's licenses, issuing identification records and social insurance among others.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, PPC Standing Vice Chairman Mai Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the collective of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Center in performing the tasks of socio-economic development of the province.

He emphasized on the huge workload in 2025 together with great pressure, thus requiring the efforts and determination of the entire political system, including the collective of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Center.

To complete the set goals, he urged each cadre, civil servant and public employee working at the Center to strive more, uphold responsibility and service attitude, thereby creating an impression of a friendly and hospitable Bac Giang for people and businesses when they come to resolve administrative procedures.

Right from the beginning of the year, the Center continues to direct, thoroughly grasp, and strictly implement office culture, working style and manners of cadres, civil servants, and public employees while creates a comfortable working environment so that each cadre is more attached and makes every effort in performing their duties.

Each cadre, civil servant, and public employee needs to self-train, improve their professional skills, serve, and guide people and businesses thoughtfully and enthusiastically.
