Six more OCOP products rated 4-star in Bac Giang
BAC GIANG – The Bac Giang provincial People's Committee has just approved the results of evaluation, classification and certification of products under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Programme in the first phase of 2024.
Accordingly, this time, 6 products were rated 4-star, including: Ban Ven green tea of Than Truong Cooperative in Yen The district; Thai Son yellow sticky rice of Thai Son Bac Giang Agricultural Cooperative in Hiep Hoa district; five-color rice noodles and Luc Ngan rice noodles of Hang Hieu Agricultural Service Cooperative in Luc Ngan district; Tan Yen star apple of Hop Duc Star Apple Production - Consumption Cooperative in Tan Yen district; Lam Sinh Ngoc Chau fresh green bamboo shoots of Lam Sinh Ngoc Chau green bamboo shoots Cooperative in Tan Yen district.

The 4 star rated products are granted certificates by the Provincial People's Committee, allowed to use the logo of the OCOP Programme and star ranking printed on product packaging.
Besides, the owners of such products are rewarded and supported according to regulations.

So far, the province has 347 OCOP products, including one 5-star product, two potential 5-star products that have completed their documents to submit to the Central Council for classification, 33 4-star products, and the remaining 3-star products.
By the end of 2024, the province will have 385 OCOP products, reaching 110% of the assigned plan.
BAC GIANG - Thanh Hoa province launched a space to display and introduce agricultural, industrial and handicraft products of provinces and cities in the Northern region from August 16 – 18, including Bac Giang, Thai Binh, Dien Bien, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Hai Duong, Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh and Son La.

After 5 years of implementation, the "One Commune, One Product" (OCOP) programme has been comprehensively and widely carried out in all localities across the country. It is considered a crucial solution and task in executing the National Target Programme for building new-style rural areas during the 2021-2025 period.

BAC GIANG - Son Dong district is accompanying producers for at least 20 One Commune One Product (OCOP) products rated 3 stars or higher bearing the characteristics of a highland region by the end of this year.
BAC GIANG – Various products under One Commune One Product programme (OCOP) are under display at an ongoing event held in the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Son Tay town (Hanoi City) from July 4 to 8. The event also introduce the culture of the Red River Delta provinces. Bac Giang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development displays a booth to introduce the typical OCOP products.
BAC GIANG - The online technology and equipment trading platform in Bac Giang province (www.batex.vn) is operating effectively. This is a tool for members to introduce, buy and sell technology, equipment and other products.
