The delegates were received by Trinh Tien Long, Deputy Director of the Bak Kan provincial DOILSA.

Speaking at the event, Trinh Tien Long said Bac Kan currently has more than 1,000 registered enterprises, creating jobs for more than 18,100 employees. The province now has more than 200,000 people of working age, about 70% of whom are in rural areas.

About 30,000 people are now working in other provinces, 3,500 of whom work at industrial parks in Bac Giang province.

With the limited demand for jobs in the province and the high number of unemployed workers, in the coming time, Bac Kan province hoped to receive the attention of Bac Giang province in connecting and supporting labor recruitment, hence creating opportunities for workers in Bac Kan to find suitable jobs, increase income and stabilize their lives, Long shared.

At the meeting, Tran Van Ha informed about the labor recruitment needs of enterprises in Bac Giang province, the policies of the province and related enterprises.

He hoped that in the coming time, the Bac Kan provincial DOLISA and related units would closely coordinate with Bac Giang province in sharing information about the recruitment needs and policies of enterprises.

Within working agenda, on September 26, the delegation of Bac Giang province attended the Job Fair organized by the Bac Kan provincial DOLISA. Here, several enterprises including AMA Human Resources Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang City); Newwing Interconect Technology Bac Giang Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park); Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Quang Chau Industrial Park, Van Trung Industrial Park) arranged booths with many propaganda activities on labor recruitment.

At the same time, the Bac Giang Provincial Employment Service Center connected online with businesses and workers from Bac Kan and 9 other provinces and cities. At the Bac Giang bridge, 28 businesses registered to recruit workers with more than 32,800 job positions, mainly unskilled workers in the electronics and garment industries.
