According to Nguyen Xuan Son, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, the demand is high but the supply is increasingly scarce.
To effectively connect supply and demand and provide maximum support for enterprises in recruiting human resources, the Center continues to innovate job fairs. In particular, online sessions will be increased to connect with remote areas - where workers have difficulty in accessing information and there are abundant human resources.
At the same time, the Center gathers information about the labor market from many sources such as those registering for unemployment benefits, looking for jobs on the electronic portal, directly at the center or participating at the connection points.
Such efforts help build a data system to serve the work of forecasting and stabilizing the labor market.
