Bac Giang: 323 products participate in OCOP evaluation, classification
BAC GIANG- The provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has issued the plan No 15/KH-UBND to implement the one commune one product (OCOP) programme in 2025.
Accordingly, 323 products will participate in OCOP evaluation and classification in the entire province in 2025. Of which, 237 products will be newly evaluated, 75 ones will be re-evaluated and 11 others will be upgraded star.

Besides, 153 economic entities will be submitted for support in management of trademark, package, label and stamp of the products.
The provincial People’s Committee will allocate about 20.9 billion VND (816,301 USD) to implement the plan.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to take in charge of implementation of the OCOP programme in the province in collaboration with related departments and agencies.
The localities will evaluate and classify OCOP products in 2 campaigns, in which the district-level will complete the 1st campaign before 15 June 2025 and the 2nd campaign before 15 October 2025.
Meanwhile, the provincial-level authorities will finish the 1st campaign by 10 July 2025 and the 2nd campaign will be completed by 30 October 2025.
The localities can organise more evaluation campaigns at appropriate time based on the number of products submitted for evaluation and classification.
