BAC GIANG - The export turnover in Bac Giang is estimated at more than 2.7 billion USD in August, up 3.2% over the previous month and 23% over the same period last year, reported the Department of Industry and Trade.
The estimated export turnover in 8 months hits over 18 billion USD.
The province's largest export market is China, followed by South Korea, the United States, India, Spain and others.

The export products include textiles, footwear; computers, electronic products, phones and components of all kinds; electrical equipment and plastic products.
The export turnover increased mainly thanks to the recovery of foreign direct investment enterprises which maintain stable operations and expand the production.
At the same time, the provincial authorities always accompany and support enterprises, reform administrative procedures in customs clearance of goods; assist them to remove difficulties and obstacles to ease the export and promptly supply goods to partners.
In 2024, Bac Giang strives to achieve an export turnover of 33 billion USD.
