(BGO) - Amid the complicated developments of the real estate market, the Construction Department of Bac Giang province has published lists of projects and new urban and residential areas that are eligible for transfer of land use rights and those ineligible.

Recently, the real estate market in Bac Giang has seen many problems. There has been capital mobilization without permission from projects that do not have enough conditions for transferring, purchasing and selling. To deal with this situation, the provincial Bac Giang Department of Construction has announced lists of eligible and ineligible projects and new urban and residential areas.
