Bac Giang approves e-commerce development plan for 2021 - 2025
The plan sets out the goal of maintaining all administrative procedures using level-3 and -4 online public services provided on the public service portal http://dichvucong.bacgiang.gov.vn; and having all transactions between state administrative agencies and enterprises and citizens made online through the provincial portal or the reception division.

All supermarkets, trade centers, distribution establishments, electricity, water, telecommunications and media providers will flexibly use electronic payment methods; payment utility on mobile platforms, e-wallets, QR codes, NFC, POS, credit cards, payment cards, and other payment services of suppliers.
The province will widely apply e-commerce payment forms to ensure security and safety, contributing to promoting electronic payment in e-commerce transactions; improve and maintain the e-commerce indexes of the province, including human resources and IT infrastructure (HR&HT); business - consumer (B2C), business - business (B2B), government - business (G2B).
Digital signatures and digital signature authentication will be popularly applied to ensure safety and security for e-commerce transactions. Online shopping will become a popular form of shopping for consumers via electronic means.
Up to 60 percent of enterprises are targeted to join the provincial e-commerce trading floor and other e-commerce service providers; apply e-commerce, use email system with internet connection to search for information and markets. Half of the businesses will have their own websites to promote their brands and products.
To achieve the above objectives, Bac Giang province has devised a number of solutions, including raising awareness of and developing human resources on e-commerce; improving management capacity and operation of e-commerce activities, fighting trade fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights and unfair competition in e-commerce; building markets and improving consumer confidence in e-commerce.
The province will strengthen the capacity of infrastructure systems and supporting services for e-commerce, promote the application of e-commerce to assist key export industries, expand consumption markets for domestic goods and apply new technologies in e-commerce, thus supporting the digital transformation of businesses.
