Exciting cooking contest from hill chicken and typical products of Yen The district
BAC GIANG – A cooking contest was launched on the morning of October 27 to prepare dishes from hill chicken and typical products of Yen The district within the framework of the festival which was held by the People's Committee of Yen The district (Bac Giang) to promote the consumption of hill chicken and local produce.
Participating in the competition, 19 teams from communes and towns prepared dishes from hill chicken and typical products of their locality and represented their meaning. With careful preparation, good skills and fresh ingredients, the teams prepared unique and attractive dishes closely related to the customs and practices of their homeland.
