The total investment hit over 2,298 billion VND (100.1 million USD). When completion, the project will provide house demand for about 12,000 workers and labourers working at the industrial parks and adjacent localities.

Accordingly, the project provides apartment to sell for social house beneficiaries (40 percent of total floor area), apartment for social house subjects to rent (at least 40 percent of total floor area), apartment to sell and rent for commercial house cases (maximum of 20 percent of total floor area).

As schedule, the authority will select the investor from second quarter to third quarter in 2021, complete procedures of land, construction to put in operation from the fourth quarter of 2021 to the end of the fourth quarter in 2023, put in operation and business from the fourth quarter of 2023.
