At the conference, Pham Huu Tri, Deputy Director of the DOLISA of Ha Giang province, said that there are about 7,000 Ha Giang labours working at enterprises in Bac Giang province.

However, because nearly 90% of the population are ethnic minorities with limited education and awareness of the law, it affects the quality of human resources and there are no high-quality workers in technical economic sectors.

To create jobs and increase income for workers, he hoped that Bac Giang province and enterprises will pay attention and support Ha Giang workers to come and work in Bac Giang and have more mechanisms so that workers from other provinces can feel secure at work.

Regarding the labor recruitment demand of enterprises, a representative of the DOLISA in Bac Giang province said that to meet the needs of expanding production and business activities, from now until the end of the year, enterprises in the province wish to recruit more than 60,000 workers mostly to serve several fields of production, assembly of electronic components and garment.

At the conference, representatives of enterprises informed about the current basic salary and benefits. At the same time, they hoped that the DOLISA, newspapers and radio stations of Ha Giang province would support propaganda about the labor recruitment needs, conditions and benefits of enterprises in Bac Giang.

Specialized agencies and localities in Ha Giang province would create conditions for enterprises to directly recruit workers in localities.

On this occasion, the Employment Service Centers of Bac Giang and Ha Giang provinces signed a memorandum of understanding about coordination to launch support measures in communication work and organize activities to connect labor recruitment for businesses.
