After nearly ten years as a manager at a foreign company, he diligently cultivated his knowledge and management experience as well as built good relationships with a number of partners. In 2004, he decided to return home to build his career.
Initially, he started his business with a small garment factory with a few dozen workers. He chose this starting point because he wanted to grasp and gain more experience in local production and business to have a suitable direction.
After two years, he accumulated several experiences and realized the core point that operating on a small scale meant small contract via intermediaries and low profit. Therefore, he started investing in building an export garment factory with 800 workers.
