More than 127,000 people interact with Bac Giang Public Administrative Portal on Zalo
BAC GIANG - According to the Bac Giang Provincial Public Administration Service Center, more than 127,700 people were interested in and interacted with the Bac Giang Public Administration Portal on Zalo in 11 months of 2024, including nearly 50,000 views of the posted articles.
In addition, the automatic response system on the portal also received thousands of messages from people requesting information on the administrative procedure submission process and the results of the application processing.

The Center's staff regularly propagates and guides individuals and organizations to use the Zalo application when performing administrative procedures; guides online application submission; introduces the list of administrative procedures, processes, and time for on-site receiving and resolving at the center.
At the same time, the Center proactively innovates and upgrades the features of the Zalo application to meet the increasing demands of the people such as providing current news, socio-economic situation of the province, and important directive documents of the province.
Vietnamese Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra and French Minister for Public Servants, Simplification and Transformation of Public Action Guillaume Kasbarian discussed cooperation programmes and signed bilateral cooperation documents at their meeting on October 4.
