In a cheerful atmosphere, leader of the provincial Youth Union read the letter of President Vo Van Thuong to extend his best wishes to children on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival wishes and gave opening remarks.

The organizing committee mobilized units, businesses and philanthropists to donate 100 gifts to impoverished children in the city, including 40 bicycles worth 70 million VND and 60 gifts each worth 500,000 VND. The total value of the gifts was 370 million VND.

Participating in the event, children enjoyed many unique musical performances such as learning about the legend of the Mid-Autumn Festival, decorating five-fruit trays, carrying lanterns and tasting the party.
