The PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong welcomed Hong Sun, Chairman of KBA in Vietnam and members of the delegation.

He briefed the guests on recent strong development in all aspects in northern province of Bac Giang. The province focuses on improving the business investment environment and developing transport infrastructure.

In 2024, there will be more traffic projects to increase the connectivity with neighboring provinces as well as help shorten the distance from Bac Giang to the seaport and airport.

Currently, Korea is the leading country in the number of investment projects in Bac Giang (365 projects) and third biggest investor in terms of investment capital.

The provincial leader hoped that the KBA in Vietnam will introduce Bac Giang's investment environment to a large number of Korean businesses so as to further maintain the first position in the number of projects and rise to second and first in terms of investment capital.

At the meeting, KBA Chairman Hong Sun congratulated and appreciated Bac Giang province for local remarkable development, especially in economic growth.

He was delighted because many Korean businesses trust and pour capital to Bac Giang province. With Bac Giang's policy mechanism to attract foreign investment, he believed that in the coming time,many Korean businesses will continue pouring more money in the province.

Representatives of many Korean businesses investing in Bac Giang said that they have received a lot of support and facilitation from provincial leaders at all levels so they wish to continue accompanying toward  long-term development in Bac Giang.

At the meeting, businesses and provincial leaders discussed and resolved remaining problems during the implementation process.

The PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong affirmed that Bac Giang is committed to always accompanying businesses in general and Korean businesses in particular.

Bac Giang province currently has two mechanisms to promptly receive and grasp the difficulties of Korean investors. The province will widely disseminate these two mechanisms and hope that the KBA in Vietnam will share this information among businesses.

In recent years, Bac Giang has always been among the top localities in the country. The provincial leader said that the province has focused heavily on reforming administrative procedures, improving the quality to serve people and businesses.
