Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh pays Tet visit to Bac Giang

(BGO)- Politburo member and Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh paid a Tet visit to the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Giang province on the morning of February 6.

On behalf of the provincial Party Committee (PPC), member of the Party Central Committee, PPC Secretary and head of the province’s delegation of the National Assembly deputies Duong Van Thai briefed the delegation on socio-economic development of the province.

Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh extends Tet greetings to Bac Giang province.

He stressed, the people of Bac Giang welcomed this Lunar New Year (Tet) in cheerful atmosphere because the province gained dramatic achievements and success in many fields despite impact of Covid-19 pandemic. Particularly, the province Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth rate reached 7.82 percent, in top 10 nationwide.

The province has created attractive investment climate to lure a large number of investors. In line with economic development, the province has well fulfilled social security policies while the rate of poor household has been rapidly decreased. The position and image of Bac Giang have been brought to a new height.

PPC Secretary Duong Van Thai thanked Nguyen Hoa Binh for his attention to Bac Giang province on the first days of lunar new year, which is a motivation for the province to achieve more success in 2022.

On behalf of the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee and the delegation, Nguyen Hoa Binh expressed his delight at the results gained by the province in 2021. Besides, he highly evaluated the dynamism and creativity of the provincial leaders in the fight against Covid-19 and ensuring social security. He stressed, 10 billion VND (435,000 USD) earned from Yen The hill chicken and lychee was an impressive figure.

Bac Giang boasts many conditions to “wing”, welcome giant investors, tap and awaken potentials for its development. He urged the province to take consideration to sign contract with Vietnam Airlines on transportation of fresh farm produce (lychee) to bring lychee to European countries and Japan to enhance farmers’ income aiming to export not only lychee but also other fruits and farm products to the world market.

Nguyen Hoa Binh wished the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Giang province a safe and prosperous new year. Besides, he wished the province to reap more success, being in top 10 nationwide not only in economic growth rate but also in other indices such as people’s living standard, state budget revenues, security and order and Party building.
