This is a unique handwritten collection in Chinese and Nom featuring the documents of the ordinations of the Le and Nguyen dynasties (1689-1943) to honour, bestow, and ordain a number of people from families of Nguyen Huy, Tran, Hoang, and Phan in Truong Luu Village.
These documents are now rare cultural and educational documents and unique art works.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau said Ha Tinh is rich in historical-cultural traditions and is home to many world intangible and tangible cultural heritages, including Ca Tru (ceremonial singing) and Nghe Tinh Vi-Giam folk singing as representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity, the woodblocks of Phuc Giang School, the book entitled “Hoang Hoa Su Trinh Do” (Itinerary Maps of the Imperial Envoy), and the Sino-Nom Documents from Truong Luu Village as three document heritages under the Memory of the World Programme for Asia-Pacific region.
