Hanoi to add more public spaces
Hanoians can look forwards to more public spaces which will be built as part of the efforts to make Hanoi’s environment greener and more sustainable.

Half of the workload has been completed so far, with 14 flower gardens having been put into use.
The local administration agreed in principle to grant nearly VND900 billion (US$35.6 million) for the renovation of the three large parks Thong Nhat, Thu Le, and Bach Thao.
Nine large parks are under construction, adding some 320 hectares of green spaces across the city.
Local residents have expressed their hope for more green spaces which play an important role in their spiritual and cultural lives.
Hanoi has set a target to have 60 parks, including 18 new ones, in the inner city by 2030.
