Bac Ninh Customs Department performs state management of customs in 3 northern provinces of Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Thai Nguyen with 6,500 enterprises in 31 industrial parks (IP).

The leader of Bac Ninh Customs Department gives Decision on recognising priority status to Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Company Limited.

The General Department of Customs signed the Decision No 2013 dated 27 August 2024 to recognise Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Company Limited as a priority enterprise in customs sector, increasing the number of priority enterprises in the 3 localities under management of Bac Ninh Customs Department to 14 (among 75 priority enterprises nationwide).

Particularly, there are 2 enterprises in Bac Giang province (the other is Crystal Martin Vietnam in Quang Chau IP).

The priority company will be entitled to reduction of custom clearance time, exemption from checking certain customs documents, waiver of goods inspection during performing customs procedures and access to incentives in performing taxation procedures.

Especially, as Vietnam has signed the agreements on mutual accreditation of priority enterprises (AEO) with other countries, these enterprises are also entitled to priority in those with which Vietnam has signed the commitments.

Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Company Limited is a foreign direct investment company which has been established since 2019 in Van Trung IP. The company has total investment capital of 520 million USD creating jobs for more than 32,000 workers from Bac Giang and from other localities.

Since its establishment, the company has conducted over 127,000 custom declarations with total import and export turnover of over 20 billion USD making remarkable contributions to economic development of the province.
