Most of the enterprises are one member company limited, company limited and joint stock company. Total registered capital of these new company hit nearly 22 trillion VND (over 924 million USD).

Some new companies with high registered capital included Yadea Science Technology Vietnam Company Limited in Lang Giang district (over 550 billion VND), Gilimex Bac Giang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company in Bac Giang city (330 billion VND) among others.

So far, the province has had more than 15,200 businesses with total registered capital of nearly 167 trillion VND, including 561 foreign direct investment companies and domestic ones.

The establishment and operation of these enterprises contribute to raising the provincial industrial production value up to nearly 382 trillion VND in nine months, reaching over 75 percent of yearly target and increasing over 20 percent year on year.
