Viet Yen takes the lead among district-level one stop shop divisions

(BGO)- According to an announcement of the Office of the provincial People’s Committee, the one-stop shop division of Viet Yen district tops the ranking of the district-level one-stop shops in the province.

According to the chart, 3 localities are ranked in the distinction group including Viet Yen district (90 points), Bac Giang city (88.5 points) and Luc Nam district (86 points). The other districts are in good group in which Luc Ngan district is at the bottom with 70 points, Yen The district ranks 9th with 74.8 points and Yen Dung district ranks 8th with 76.5 points.

The one-stop shop division of Viet Yen district is provided with a lot of modern facilities and equipment

The evaluation is based on 3 main contents and 23 sub-criteria including human resources arrangement, facilities, equipment, administrative procedures processed under one-stop shop and inter- level one-stop shop mechanism and performance of the one-stop shop divisions. Besides, there are criteria on area, facilities, allowances, rate of dossiers completed ahead or on schedule and initiatives in administrative reform.

According to assessment, most of the localities gain at least good points at all of the criteria. The one-stop shop divisions of the districts and city meet requirements on area, human resources and handling administrative procedures in accordance with regulations. 3 localities including Viet Yen district, Lang Giang district and Bac Giang city win highest score (30/30) at the content of one-stop shop’s performance. There are high discrepancy in the content of facilities and equipment among the localities. For instance, Hiep Hoa and Viet Yen districts score 28/30 points while Luc Ngan district gets 20/30 points and Son Dong district gains 22.5 points.
