Vietnam introduces its culinary culture in Osaka
On the occasion, Vietnamese Masan Consumer has officially been officially granted permission to export its Chin-Su chili sauce product to the Japanese market.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vu Tuan Hai, Consul General of Vietnam in Osaka, stated that culture and cuisine exchange between Vietnam and Japan in general and between the Southeast Asian nation and Kansai region are increasingly being promoted.
Vietnamese people love Japanese food and products and vice versa, Vietnamese culture and cuisine are increasingly popular in the Japanese market.
On the occasion, Hai also sent his congratulations to Masan Consumer, expressing his hope that the company and Vietnamese products would be more successful in the Japanese market.
Makoto Ryoke, head of the Osaka Department of Public Health and Medical Affairs, congratulated the success of Chin-Su chili sauce in Japan. He emphasised that this is a new step to help more than 350,000 Vietnamese people working in Japan get the opportunity to be closer to their home country cuisine, while Japanese people also have the opportunity to try authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
The Vietnamese culinary culture day in Osaka also features various activities, such as music exchanges and an introduction of Vietnamese dishes to Japanese people.
