Xuan Cam - Huong Lam industrial park to be constructed in Bac Giang
BAC GIANG - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1679/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the project to build and operate infrastructure of Xuan Cam - Huong Lam Industrial Park (Phase 1) in Bac Giang province (Project) and Project’s investor as S-Dragon Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
The Project will be constructed on 102.85 hectares of land in Xuan Cam and Huong Lam communes of Hiep Hoa district with total investment capital of 1,467.5 billion VND (61.4 million USD), including 234.8 billion VND from the investor.

The project's operation period is 50 years from the date receiving the decision on land allocation, land lease and land use purpose change.
The People's Committee of Bac Giang province is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information, reported data and appraisal contents according to the provisions of law.
The province is in charge of accepting the opinions of the ministries in the dossier approving the project investment policy for the contents within its authority; ensuring the project is included in the land allocation and zoning plan in the planning of Bac Giang province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by competent authorities.
The Provincial People's Committee shall prepare and implement the plans for land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, conversion of land use purposes, and land lease to execute the project in accordance with the documents approved by competent authorities on the scale, area, location, and progress of the project.
The Provincial People's Committee shall direct the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and relevant agencies to monitor and supervise the project implementation process in accordance with the provisions of law.
