Bac Giang votes for new Chair person of Provincial People's Council and People's Committee
BAC GIANG - On the morning of January 2, the 19th People's Council of Bac Giang province held the 23rd meeting (special session), 2021 - 2026 tenure to carry out personnel work according to its authority.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council considered and elected the Chairperson of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee of Bac Giang province for the 2021-2026 tenure.

With 69/69 votes in favor (100% of delegates present), Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the 19th Bac Giang Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 tenure and Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee.

Nguyen Thi Huong was born on October 29, 1973. She holds a high-level political theory degree, bachelor degrees of law (Hanoi Law University) and business accounting (Hanoi Open University) and master degree of law.
Nguyen Viet Oanh was born on July 26, 1980. He holds a high-level political theory degree, bachelor degrees of Road and Bridge Construction (Hanoi University of Transport) and Economic Law (Thai Nguyen University) and Master's degree of Highway and City Road Construction.
