The southern province of An Giang will coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City and other localities in the south to launch tourism stimulus programmes with the aim of restoring the tourism sector as the Covid-19 outbreak has now been brought under control, according to Director of the An Giang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Khanh Hiep.
New tourism products will be launched with the aim of promoting the quality, service and image of An Giang tourism to domestic and foreign tourists.

Tourism and service businesses in the province are also committed to implementing stimulus packages such as price reductions on sightseeing tickets, services and accommodation.
The Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is focusing on ensuring safe tourism destinations, building preferential new packages for tourists during the final months of the year.
The province currently has 97 standard tourist accommodations; 13 domestic and international tour operators; and 15 tourism attractions.
In the first eight months of 2020, revenue from tourism activities of An Giang was estimated at over VND3 trillion VND, down 34% over the same period last year, reaching 77% of the set plan for 2020.
Bac Giang develops “green” tourism

transition land between the Northeast and Red River Delta provinces with
many natural landscapes, vast primitive forest, diverse flora and fauna
systems, Bac Giang province has sufficient condition to develop ecological and
community tourism.

visited Suoi Mo some days ago and we had opportunity to
enjoy van (Vietnamese ritual) singing in Ha temple. So fantastic! It would be
great if van singing is performed regularly to serve tourists”, Tran Van Long,
a tourist from Hanoi who used to work in tourism sector said to me when he travelled to Suoi Mo eco-tourism site in Luc Nam
district, Bac Giang province for the first time.
Luc Ngan boasts huge potential for spiritual and ecotourism
(BGO) – Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province) has well
known for numerous visitors near and far as the “Kingdom of lychee”. Nowadays,
this land is covered by various fruits all the year round, not only lychee, but
also pomelo, orange, tangerine, persimmon... that help the local farmers earn
high income and draw visitors. This land has rich potential for spiritual and
ecologial tourism.
