Accordingly, Bac Giang is assigned to complete more than 5,200 apartments in 2025, more than 12,100 apartments in 2026, more than 12,800 apartments in 2027, more than 13,400 apartments in 2028, 13,900 apartments in 2029, and more than 12,200 apartments in 2030. Thus, the province must complete 69,822 apartments during 2025-2030 period.

As a locality with many industrial parks and industry considered as the main growth driver, implementing the Project "Investing in building at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030" nationwide, Bac Giang has focused on attracting investment in social housing projects.

Specifically, since 2021, the province has implemented 14 social housing projects (11 social housing projects for workers, 3 social housing projects for low-income people), which expects to provide about 28,000 apartments.

Bac Giang currently has about 200,000 laborers from outside the province, so the demand for accommodation is large.

The Department of Construction said during 2021-2024 period, the whole province completed nearly 4,700 apartments.

This year, Bac Giang province licensed 5 projects. The authorities are now coordinating and speeding up the progress of unfinished projects to complete the set goals, creating conditions for workers to "settle down and make a living", increasing the attractiveness in drawing investment.

At the same time, the province continues to attract investment in social housing projects in advantageous areas.
