Provincial leader inspects performance of administrative procedures
BAC GIANG- On March 3 afternoon, permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) of Bac Giang province Mai Son inspected receiving and performing administrative procedures at the provincial Public Administration Service Center.
According to Nguyen Van Duan, Director of the provincial Public Administration Service Center, the Center re-arranged positions and replaced name tags of the agencies and units, which have been merged and transferred tasks to prepare for processing administrative procedures.

Besides, the Center arranged an official to guide citizens to choose right sectors for processing administrative procedures.
At the inspection, PPC permanent Vice Chairman Mai Son highly appreciated the preparation and working spirit of the provincial Public Administration Service Center, the provincial Public Security Department and re-arranged agencies and units.
He urged the officials working at the Center to continue doing better in receiving, handling and returning results of administrative procedures, especially those who have taken over new functions and duties to ensure smooth performance without disruption. They should make timely report in case of facing difficulties and obstacles.
In addition, PPC permanent Vice Chairman requested the provincial Public Administration Service Center to allocate more officials to support citizens process dossiers online, thereby building active communication teams in residential groups to gradually increase the rate of administrative procedures conducted online.
BAC GIANG- On the final days of 2024, Bac Giang province had an honour to welcome Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man attending the conference to announce the NA Standing Committee's resolution on the province’s arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels for the 2023-2025 period. The new administrative units have officially come into operation since January 1, 2025.

BAC GIANG - According to the assessment of professional agencies, the current level of digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement of Bac Giang city is 95.8% as one of the localities with the leading level of digitization in Bac Giang province.
BAC GIANG - The Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee on December 17 held a conference at the provincial Convention Center to announce Resolution No. 1191/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Bac Giang province for the period 2023 - 2025 (Resolution 1191).

BAC GIANG - According to the Bac Giang Provincial Public Administration Service Center, more than 127,700 people were interested in and interacted with the Bac Giang Public Administration Portal on Zalo in 11 months of 2024, including nearly 50,000 views of the posted articles.
