At the conference, Tong Ngoc Bac, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on dissolving Party delegations and Party executive committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, specifically, dissolving 8 Party delegations and 3 Party executive committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

Also, Nghiem Xuan Huong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, announced Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND, dated February 19, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.

After the establishment and reorganization, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province has 12 specialized agencies.
