Also, he briefed the host on the outstanding achievements of Bac Giang province in 2024, including the highest economic growth rate nationwide and important contributions from Singaporean investment projects to the province.

In 2024, the province attracted 6 projects from Singaporean partners, with a total registered capital of 19.3 million USD. To date, the province has had 30 investment projects from Singaporean investors, with a total registered capital of 2.2 billion USD. With this result, Singapore is currently the third country in terms of the number of projects and investment capital in Bac Giang.

Bac Giang province's export value to the Singapore market in 2024 hit over 670.2 million USD, an increase of 28.8% compared to 2023. The main export products are computers, electronic products and components; chemical products; machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts; agricultural products and processed agricultural products.

He hoped that the Singapore Embassy would continue to support Bac Giang province in attracting investment, especially from large corporations in the fields of processing, manufacturing and agricultural products.

The PPC Vice Chairman hoped that the Singaporean Embassy will pay more attention to supporting, introducing and promoting the potential advantages and investment attraction policies in the fields of economics, trade, tourism, education and training of Bac Giang to Singaporean partners.

He took this occasion to respectfully invites the Ambassador to visit Bac Giang province in 2025.
