Bac Giang’s enterprises devote large resources to take care of workers during Tet
BAC GIANG - Currently, the Bac Giang provincial Industrial Park Trade Union is managing 221 grassroots trade unions, mostly in enterprises with more than 197,200 union members. At this time, many businesses have organized programmes to pay tribute and encourage labourers.
Typically, Newwing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd (Bac Giang), Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd. (Van Trung) in Van Trung Industrial Park gave gifts to disadvantaged workers; Italisa Vietnam Co., Ltd in Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park organized a lucky draw to show gratitude to workers; Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd in Quang Chau Industrial Park gave Tet gifts of many different consumer products for workers.

For many years, the Trade Union of Haem Vina Co., Ltd in Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park has maintained to launch "Reunited Tet" event with many activities to care for workers.
Here, more than 1,000 workers in the company celebrated the year-end party and participated in cultural exchange activities. 20 outstanding labourers in the production competition with many initiatives to innovate working processes, were honored.
From now until Tet, the Trade Union will review and select to give 30 gifts to impoverished workers, each worth 1.5 million VND.

Nichirin Vietnam Co., Ltd in Quang Chau Industrial Park currently has nearly 400 workers. Dam Anh Quyet, Chairman of the company's Trade Union, said that the trade union consulted with the company's leaders to issue a Tet bonus plan early.
Accordingly, this Lunar New Year, each worker will receive an average bonus of nearly 9 million VND. In addition, the trade union also gives gifts to workers based on seniority and organizes a year-end party with a lucky draw programme.

A programme titled “Green Chung Cakes — Tet for the Poor 2025” is being organised by the management board of the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism alongside other activities to welcome the Lunar New Year at the location.
