At the conference, PPC Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Huong delivered a summary report on the leadership of the PPC in 2024 and deployed tasks for 2025.

Accordingly, in 2024, one of the highlights and outstanding achievements of Bac Giang province was the growth of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) reaching 13.85%, continuing to top the nation.

The scale of GRDP hit 207 trillion VND (8.6 billion USD) (ranked 12th in the country and first in the Northern midland and mountainous provinces).

The business investment environment continued to improve. The Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) ranked 4th nationwide; investment attraction reached over 2.04 billion USD.

Budget revenue achieved quite remarkable results with total revenue for the year of 20,699.5 billion VND, exceeding 32.2% of the Central budget estimate and exceeding 28.8% of the Provincial People's Council budget estimate. Essential socio-economic infrastructure received due investment.

To achieve the above results, the PPC emphasized 5 lessons learned.

Discussing at the conference, delegates proposed solutions to implement key tasks in 2025 regarding streamlining the apparatus and organizing Party congresses at all levels among others.

Concluding the event, the PPC Secretary Nguyen Van Gau acknowledged and commended the efforts, endeavors, achievements and results that Party committees at all levels, agencies, units and localities achieved in the past year. At the same time, he emphasized outstanding solutions to implement key tasks in 2025.
