Bac Giang deploys solutions to support businesses in recruiting labourers
BAC GIANG - The Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) has just issued an Official Dispatch on implementing solutions to support businesses in the province in recruiting labourers.
Accordingly, the PPC Chairman requested the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) to regularly sum up and make a list of labor recruitment needs of enterprises in the province and announce the information so that the labourers inside and outside the province can know and apply.

The DOLISA was ordered to preside over and coordinate with Bac Giang Newspaper, Bac Giang Provincial Radio and Television Station and enterprises with labor recruitment needs to create news bulletins and propaganda clips about labor recruitment needs along with welfare regimes and working conditions to promptly inform and propagate to workers.
The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board should sum up the labor recruitment needs in the first quarter and the whole year of 2025 of enterprises in the industrial parks then send information to the DOLISA for gathering and informing to the labourers.
The Management Board was urged to regularly grasp the situation of labor fluctuations at enterprises in the industrial parks and monthly send information to the DOLISA (before the 20th of each month) for summing up and reporting to the PPC Chairman.
The enterprises with labor recruitment needs must promptly inform local state management agencies about labor recruitment needs, welfare regimes and working conditions to synthesize information and disseminate it to the labourers.

In recent years, the number of Vietnamese workers to Japan has accounted for more than 50% of the total number of workers sent abroad annually. Labour cooperation between the two countries has become increasingly valued and seen remarkable development.
